What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Cursor connect to outside tools and data. Iceberg over MCP means your assistant can search the contract market, watch your renewals, qualify tenders and map decision-makers directly, in your own chat, with no separate app to learn.
How does usage pricing work?
Every tool call your assistant makes to Iceberg is metered at 20 cents. $50 a month is the minimum, and it includes your first $50 of use, which is 250 calls. Above that, calls are billed at the same rate on your next invoice, up to the monthly cap you set. A call that fails is never billed, and asking the same thing twice within a couple of minutes is never billed.
How does the cap work?
You choose your monthly cap when you sign up ($50 unless you raise it) and can change it any time from your account page. When your organisation reaches the cap, Iceberg stops and tells your assistant so in plain words, and nothing more is billed that month. Raise the cap and the connection resumes immediately.
What happened to the $200 subscription?
We retired it. A flat subscription asked you to guess Iceberg's value before you had used it. Now the meter decides: a quiet month costs $50, and a heavy month costs exactly what you decided it could when you set your cap.
How many people can use it?
As many as you like. The account is per organisation, not per seat. Connect it to every teammate's assistant and to your own agents; they share one meter and one cap.

How does the free two weeks work?
You enter your card when you sign up, and the first 14 days are free, including the usage allowance. If Iceberg isn't for you, cancel from your billing settings before the two weeks are up and you won't be charged anything. If you stay, the $50 monthly minimum starts automatically on day 15. If you cancel later, your data (your market, your network, your pipeline) is preserved for 30 days so you can pick up where you left off.
